Affiliate Program Terms
These terms explain the planned Databloom Affiliate Program. Applications are not open yet.
Effective September 23, 2026Joining the program
When applications open, the program will be free to join. Applicants must provide accurate information and be able to participate lawfully. Databloom may approve or decline an application. Approved affiliates will receive access to the Endorsely affiliate portal and a unique tracked referral link. A promotional or discount code may also be provided.
Qualifying commissions
Affiliates earn 25% of qualifying subscription revenue paid by customers they refer. This applies to qualifying payments during the first 12 months of each referred customer's subscription. Databloom Pro currently costs $7.99 per month or $69.99 per year. Commissions are based on the amount actually paid after any discount, and earnings are not guaranteed.
Referral attribution
Endorsely manages referral links, available codes, attribution, and commission records. A referred customer must purchase within 90 days of a tracked referral for that referral to qualify. A link or code does not guarantee credit if tracking is unavailable or the payment does not otherwise qualify. Affiliates can review recorded referrals and commissions in their Endorsely portal.
When commissions become payable
Each qualifying commission becomes payable after a 60-day maturation period from the related payment. This period allows for refunds, disputes, and chargebacks to be resolved. Refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or charged-back payments do not qualify. If a commission was recorded for one of those payments, Databloom may reverse or adjust it before payout or against a future balance.
Honest promotion and disclosures
Share Databloom in ways that fit your audience. Do not make false or unsupported claims, promise results, impersonate Databloom, spam people, manipulate referral tracking, or use deceptive or fraudulent methods. Self-referrals are not allowed. Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you share a referral link or code, and follow the rules that apply to your platform and location.
Databloom name and materials
You may use Databloom branding and materials supplied for the program to promote Databloom accurately. Do not change the materials in a way that misrepresents the product or suggests that Databloom sponsors or approves your other content. Ask Databloom before using its name or marks outside program promotion.
Leaving or changing the program
You may stop promoting Databloom at any time. Databloom may suspend or end participation for a breach of these terms, abuse, fraud, or to protect the program. Valid commissions already earned remain subject to the qualification and maturation rules above. Databloom may change the program or these terms; updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date.
